UNIVERSAL TINT KIT

Universal Paint Tints are a liquid universal coloring system that can be mixed with oil or water-based paints. Universal Tints can be used to color water-based or oil-based glazes and most quality water-based waxes. Texture products such as Venetian Plaster and Stone FX can be tinted with these universal paint tints.

Ten standard colors are: black, blue, green, red, burnt sienna, raw sienna, burnt umber, raw umber, white, and yellow.

The three metallic colors are silver, copper and gold.

By understanding how the colors can be combined, the user is free to create their own specialty paints, glazes, plasters, and waxes. They can save money by making their own faux metallic paint finishes and colors. Each tint is offered in a four-ounce bottle with a small dropper top to help maintain accurate measuring. They are high quality, concentrated colors. Other tints on the market have a lower concentration requiring more tint to achieve the desired color. Because of the high concentration, larger bottles often dry up before some tints can be used, so the 4-ounce bottles are more practical.
